Nasha.ae provides software-based delivery services for grocery products. These terms and condition applies when you use the nasha.ae website.

Registration and Ordering Process:
Every customers is the sole authorized of any account created using the services. Registration is free of charge. The data required for registration provided by the customer must be complete and accurate. The customer can update his/her information anytime at his/her own risk and Nasha.ae has no responsibility over the use of the customer account and expressly disclaims any liability therefrom. Customer must contact nasha.ae immediately if found any suspicious unauthorized party that might be using your account. By providing your contact number to Nahsa.ae pursuant to use of the services, you are hereby affirmatively consent to Nasha.ae to use your contact number in order for us to perform our services, including but not limited to occasionally send notifications, text messages with promotional offers, service updates, feedbacks and your grocery orders for delivery.
Fruits and vegetables may differ depending on the season.
The prices displayed on the website will be VAT inclusive.
Nash.ae will contact customers to confirm the order in the following cases:
- If the order placed requires more than one delivery personnel to be handled by due to volume limitations.
- If the total items exceed 100 lines or more than 10 same items ordered.
Cancellation and Revision of orders
Once the order has been confirmed, the customer may not be able to amend as per the technical features. Every confirmed order is eligible for cancellation for a limited time of period until it is disbursed for delivery post to its submission as per the technical specifications.
Nasha.ae will ensure to deliver all the grocery items in the right quantity and to a high quality standard.
Every confirmed orders will deliver to the provided address after one day from the day of ordered. Nasha.ae accept orders for delivery in selected locations of UAE such as Dubai and Sharjah for the moment till further revision of delivery terms. Drivers will hold receipt upon delivery with a confirmation of correct address given by the customer.
Nasha.ae will accept the refund or replacement of the goods if for the reasons of the following:
- Damage or bad quality item
Refund of the money will take 7 working days.
Nasha.ae accept payment using visa, mastercard and amex (valid for UAE only) credit card or debit card in AED (oy any other currency. Card holder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules. The payment method is displayed for selection when the order is finalized and confirmed by customer/s. If for any reason the online payment transaction is declined, Nasha.ae is entitled to offer the customer on credit card reader upon delivery where only available in Nasha.ae

Nasha.ae customer service provides information pertaining to any queries, issues or complaints related to Nasha.ae service. Missing items must be reported immediately on reception of the groceries, otherwise groceries considered to have been accepted by customer as being in perfect condition.
