Refund & Return Policy
Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns without defects, change of mind, or price differences elsewhere are not eligible
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
- Chilled or frozen products.
- Baby food.
- Milk and dairy products.
- Any items restricted for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- Approved cases will be replaced or refunded.
Refunds
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed as:
- Store credit, or
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Processing me may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
Sale & Promotional Items
Discounted or promoioonal items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items and for the same product only.
Important Notes
- Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Nasha.ae accepts refunds or replacements of goods under the following condition:
- Damage occurred during transit
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
